Large-Scale Limestone Grinding Solution for Power Plant Desulfurization

This project is equipped with three MTW178G European grinding mills and two MTW198G European grinding mills, forming a high-capacity and efficient limestone grinding system. The production line is designed to process limestone into 300 mesh (D90) fine powder, specifically for flue gas desulfurization (FGD) in power plants.
With multiple mills operating in coordination, the system ensures stable output, flexible capacity adjustment, and continuous large-scale production. The advanced European grinding technology provides optimized airflow, high-efficiency classification, and precise particle size control, guaranteeing consistent product quality.
The produced limestone powder at 300 mesh D90 offers excellent reactivity and high absorption efficiency, enabling effective removal of sulfur dioxide (SO₂) from flue gases. This helps power plants meet strict environmental regulations while improving overall operational efficiency.
